Eight Meter Gantry Planer Milling Machine

The working face is six meters and eight meters, with a processing width of 2300. It can be used for cutting and grinding various large and medium-sized parts, including horizontal surfaces, inclined surfaces, T-shaped grooves, and other combination surfaces.

The machine tool mainly includes a bed, a workbench, two pillars, connecting beams, a top cover, a crossbeam, a support plate, and a milling head. It consists of several parts, including the feed structure of the workbench, the lifting structure of the crossbeam, the cross feed mechanism of the crossbeam support plate, the lifting mechanism of the crossbeam, the cross feed mechanism of the crossbeam support plate, the vertical lifting mechanism of the side milling head, the cross beam locking mechanism, and the lubrication system. The main motion control of this machine tool is concentrated on the suspended button station, and multiple milling heads can be installed according to the user's needs to simultaneously mill the workpiece. The reciprocating stroke of the workbench is controlled by a frequency converter and can be continuously variable.
