Main Structure
The basic function of a hydraulic headbox is to evenly distribute pulp across the entire width of the paper machine through a conical feed pipe, and to adjust the lip plate spraying speed and direction during the operation of the paper machine.
The hydraulic headbox is specifically designed to achieve optimal banner quantification by adjusting the shape of the upper lip trimmer in each area of the paper machine's banner direction
Suitable for paper machines with a speed of 400-10000m/min and a width of less than 6.5 meters.
